By purchasing from Santino, you agree to the terms outlined below. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, this policy is strictly enforced.
1. Final Sale Policy
All Santino purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is confirmed defective upon arrival.
2. Defective Items Only
Exchanges or returns are only considered if:
- The item arrives with a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was delivered by Santino
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including clear proof (photos/videos). Any claims after this period will not be accepted.
3. Condition Requirements
Approved returns/exchanges will only be accepted if:
- The item is unworn and unused
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- The product is in the same condition as received
Santino reserves the right to inspect and reject any item that does not meet these requirements.
4. Exchange Process
If approved, Santino may offer:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
- A store credit at Santino’s discretion
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability.
5. Brand Rights
Santino reserves the full right to:
- Reject any return or exchange request
- Determine eligibility at its sole discretion
- Modify or update this policy without prior notice
