- Santino does not guarantee stock availability at the time of purchase.
- Items may be removed, discontinued, or modified without notice.
- In the event of stock unavailability after payment, Santino may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

- Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier service.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer may result in delays or loss, for which Santino bears no responsibility.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the exclusive nature of Santino products:
- All sales are final unless the item is defective.
- Returns are only accepted at Santino’s sole discretion.
- Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery if defective.
- Products must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging for any consideration.
- Santino reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request.

- Approved refunds will only be processed if Santino determines it is necessary.
- Processing times for refunds (if granted) may take 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
